Paper Submission

Paper submissions should be at least 5 pages, in the 2-column format, including any possible appendices. All submissions will be double-blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to the scope of the conference, originality, significance, and clarity. The following sections give further information for the authors.

Accepted papers will be published in topic-related journals. All manuscripts are submitted as full papers and are reviewed based on their scientific merit. The reviewing process is confidential. All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by two experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers.

b. Only Full paper submission will be published in journal if accepted.

c. Abstracts are accepted for oral presentation opportunity, not for publication, for those researches which are not ready for publication, you can also send us an abstract only.

SPECIAL ISSUE PROCESS
Special issue papers will be selected following a two-stage process. In the first stage, organisers advertise the Conference with a clear theme, submission deadline, and venue. Participants submit their complete papers to the conference organiser on or before the deadline as indicated by the Conference advertisement. The Conference Committee will evaluate submitted papers and send out conference invitations. Participants present their papers at the conference and receive feedbacks. In the second stage, the Conference Committee will short-list papers for revision based on the conference feedbacks and recommend authors of short-listed papers for submission to the special issue of Economics & Politics at the link of https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/14680343. These submissions will then go through the journal’s fast-track review process.
There is no guarantee that papers presented at the Conference will be either shortlisted by the Conference Committee or eventually accepted by the journal Economics & Politics for publication. In addition, the special issue can also consider papers not presented at the conference for publication in this special issue.

PEER REVIEW
All published journal papers are refereed by the international competent researchers and scientists. Therefore, a full double - blind international refereeing process is used in which:
• Papers are sent to technical committee for their peer review process.
• The reviewers' recommendations determine whether a paper will be accepted / accepted subject to change / subject to resubmission with significant changes / rejected.

For papers which require changes, the same reviewers will be used to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable.

All papers are refereed, and the Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to refuse any typescript, whether on invitation or otherwise, and to make suggestions and/or modifications before publication.


PLAGIARISM POLICY
The content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other conference or journal. Reuse of material previously published by the authors is possible under the conditions that the authors fully disclose (cite) the reference and clearly highlight the innovative contribution of the ICBMG 2024 submission and the significance of this contribution.
